About The Filter
Interpreter |
The Filter Interpreter
Application was developped in a collaborative effort between
BACPAC Resources at Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute
and the Mammalian Comparative Genomics Laboratory of Ken Dewar
at the McGill University and Genome Quebec Innovation Centre
to facilitate the decoding of high density library screening
results for end users.
The Filter Interpreter
Application is a java downloadable application that allows
the end user to easily generate a sorted list of clones, with
standardized and community accepted clone nomenclature.
The application
package is updated every night to reflect changes and additions
made to our library database.
Documentation on
how to use the Filter Interpreter is available from within
