About The Filter
Analyzer |
The Filter Analyzer Application was developped at the BACPAC Resources Center in Children's Hospital and Research Center Oakland to support large scale, high throughput analysis of library high density hybridization filters.
The Filter Analyzer Application is a fully automated analysis system for high density hybridization filters. It allows up to a 100 fold reduction in labor costs associated with the decipherment of these array images as compared with previous automated analysis methods while at the same time keeping the same level of accuracy in the detection of your positive clones.
The Filter Analyzer Evaluation Version is freely available in the form of a windows executable or a windows installer package. In evaluation mode, you will be able to test the full performance and features of the application with a set limit of 30 days or 3 filter analysis results, after which the filter analyzer will run in limited functionality mode.
for access to a full featured version of the Filter Analyzer Application you will need to purchase licenses from our online ordering website. After purchasing licenses you will be entitled to obtain free updates to the application as they become available.
Please follow the links in the following table in order to download the Filter Analyzer Evaluation Version.
Note: You may also need to download the "Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86)" if it is not already installed on your computer.
