This section provides more detailed
information on the resources that BPRC provides to the scientific
community. Characterization data for the libraries we are
producing is constantly generated and posted onto our website.
You can also find information on the vectors we use in our
libraries as well as procedures for common experiments involving
BAC and PAC clones. More detailed information on the libraries
we hold at CHORI BACPAC Resources Center can be obtained by

In addition to being
a clone resource center, CHORI BACPAC Resources Center
is also involved in collaborations and researches, which take
advantage of the extensive number of species covered by our
