Filter Analyzer Application

Authorizing the filter is necessary if you want to be able to use the full version of the filter analyzer.

Once you placed your order with BACPAC resources you will receive a serial number; this serial number is coupled in our database with your email address so that we can verify you right to use the full version of the filter analyzer.

In order to authorize the filter analyzer you will need to be an administrator on the local machine and the machine needs to have an active internet connection.

In order to authorize follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Download, install and Launch the filter analyzer evaluation version from our website (download link).
2. Click on the licensing tab.
3. Enter your serial number (you will receive it in an email we sent you after your purchase) and the email address for which you have an account on the bacpac resources website.
4. click on the authorize button.

The filter analyzer will then contact our server to verify this information, and once successful you will be able to use the filter analyzer in its full version.

Note that you will only be able to authorize one computer per serial number.

Once authorized the licensing tab in the Filter Analyzer will disappear. In order to de-authorize the filter analyzer and re-authorize it on an another computer you will need to first reactivate the licensing tab.

Note: to perform de-authorization of a copy of the filter analyzer, you will need to be an administrator on the local machine as well as have an active internet connection.

1. click on start, then select run in the windows start menu.
2. a window appears: Type "cmd" then click ok.
3. A window with a black background appears, paste in or type in the following text and then press enter

"c:\Program Files\BACPAC Resources\Filter Analyzer\filterAnalyzer.exe" /showLicenseTab:yes 

4. The filter analyzer will now start with the license tab activated.
5. Go to the license tab and click on the de-authorize button

You may now authorize this serial number and email address combination on another computer.
