BDGP-DGCR2: Drosophila Rel.2 cDNA Library |
|
Release 2 of the Drosophila Genome Collection
(DGC) was obtained from the Berkeley Drosophila genome center.
It is available in 384 wells plate format. Specific information
about this collection can be obtained from the Berkeley Drosophila
Genome Project web site at http://www.fruitfly.org/DGC.
The library is available for academic users
by reimbursement of duplication costs (labor & materials). Shipping
will be done by Federal Express and charged to the recipient's
account number.
To
order clones from this library, please consult the following
excel file (DGCR2_PlateInfo.xls)
in order to find the clone coordinates in the plates held
at CHORI. Please visit the ordering
information page if you want to place an order. Please
specify the clone you are requesting using the library
plate coordinate OR the clone id found in the provided files.
We no longer accept orders with a gene name.
Additionally we recommend the use of clone ids in our online ordering system, this to prevent the possibility of mix-up between the different coordinate systems in the 96 and 384 well formats.
Academic and commercial users interested in a copy of the
cDNA library should contact Pieter J. de Jong ([email protected],
fax: (510) 450-7924). For hybridization
membranes, please contact BACPAC Resources ([email protected]). updated April 19th 2005
